Leg Cramps!

It is exactly 12:31am, and I am up dealing with leg cramps.  I just had a banana, and am going to chug some water prior to taking an anti-inflammatory.  These are somewhat similar to the cramps and leg stiffening that happened when I was working at BDA.  

Fucking BDA anyway.  

Anyhow, back on topic.  There’s this sharp pain that radiates down the back of my thighs.  It is due to my body really not used to exercising.  Perhaps this is one of the things where the saying “no pain, no gain” comes from?  It would make sense. Tomorrow I’m going to hit the strength training more and then go for a walk to play Pokémon Go.  I have to build up muscles as well as move so I can lose weight.  It’s a given.  

Today I was bad-eating wise.  Including my banana, I had 1500 calories today.  200of those were from a beer.  That’s the bad part.  I need to work on managing social eating and drinking along with getting my shit together during normal meal times.  

Tomorrow is another day, and I intend on making the most of it.
